In 2026, we are evolving into a premium à la carte hotpot restaurant, offering carefully selected ingredients, handcrafted soup bases and a warmer, more refined dining experience. From our signature Sichuan mala broth to premium cuts such as A5 Wagyu beef, hand-cut lamb shoulder and Iberico pork, every detail is rooted in traditional craftsmanship and the lively spirit of Chengdu hotpot.
